* Rebasing * Fixing bad change * Bumping up CI to go1.17 and enabling CI for PRs. * Adding go.sum now that issues seem to have gone away. * Do not ignore go.sum any longer. * Bump up aurora to 0.25.0 and mesos to 1.9.0 * Removing t.Parallel to remove another possible cause of issues for now * Fixing Mac tests.
